Development

CSC’s Workforce Development Program provides services to returning citizens, and those who are currently unemployed or underemployed. The program uses a solution-focused approach to job and life skills training and job placement.

Progressive Employment Program (PEP), UPO

This program’s focus is on family-oriented, strength based case management;, job placement, and follow-up support to facilitate  job retention, and other pertinent services through referrals that, along with the services provided by CSC, will comprise a  comprehensive array of services.
