CSC provides 18-to-24-year-olds with the developmentally appropriate support they need to find and maintain stable housing, develop key independent living skills and connect to the community-based supports and services that will help them achieve their long-term goals.

Through FRSP, we assist families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless by minimizing the amount of time they spend in shelters and supporting their rapid exit to affordable permanent housing. The program provides a security deposit and rental subsidy for up to 12 months and teaches essential housing maintenance skills such as timely rental and utility payments and appropriate landlord-tenant communications.
