The Family Re-Housing and Stabilization Program (FRSP), or Rapid Rehousing, is a DHS program designed to provide short-term rental assistance to homeless families in DC. CSC currently work with 40 clients.

The rental subsidies are provided for up to 12 months with a reevaluation of eligibility every 3 months. Applicants must demonstrate that there is a reasonable likelihood they will be able to pay full rental costs following the FRSP assistance and remain stably housed.

The Community Partnership is an independent, non-profit corporation that coordinates the District of Columbia’s Continuum of Care on behalf of the city.

Through the work of our providers, the D.C. Continuum of Care includes prevention services, street outreach efforts, emergency shelter, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing for individuals and families.
